After successfully concluding the MACE project in fall 2009, it has taken more than a year to setup the MACE Association as successor of the MACE Project.
In Fall 2010, finally the MACE Association was founded according to German law (MACE e.V.). The MACE Association aims to continue the work of the MACE project by fostering the access to learning material in Architecture Education.
The MACE System, maintained by the MACE Association, has been used for educational puposes by a growing number of universities across Europe, among them Università Politecnicà Delle Marche in Ancona, Italy, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium, Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain, Politecnico di Milano, Italy, Università Iuav di Venezia, Italy and University of Karlsruhe, Germany, among others.
Interested parties are welcome to join MACE e.V. to help make access to learning resources in the Architecture Domain much easier as is today. Please contact the chairman Dr. Martin Wolpers for further info.
